Training log

I ran a little as a youngster had many many years away from running, with my older 2 boys running now I got back into running about 7 years ago. I trained up to do the London Marathon had a bad run on the day. Then got injured with ankle then knee trouble. I have just done basic jogging last couple of years.

After knees getting a bit better this year I have decided to try and catch the kids(will never happen) and try and do my first race for a few years. I started a #runstreak on the 1st January and have ran at least 2mile everyday. Weight is still a problem so am working on that.Twitter username pete_sensible with hopefully some improvements soon.

I will be posting my training on a weekly basis and see if I improve.

Also doing some work in the gym. Need a decent schedule to follow.

Will hopefully post in here when get blog up and running.
